About exchange and return goods
Exchange and Return Policy:
1. When you receive goods, please check first. If you discover that the products appear missing, dirt, amount/model number out of accordance with order. Please put forward at once.If you find quality problem after receiving the products, you should return goods within 7 days.
2. Please contact us at first to obtain the return address.The return items must contain the following information: name, address, email, order number, telephone, detailed description of the problem.
3. Returns will only be accepted when it's in its original condition and the item(s) matches the item(s) on our order records.
4. Please provide us a delivery tracking serial number and the link where to track information. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5. If return is for refund/exchange only and have non-quality cases (such as negligence or later changing the idea and so on),besides the shipping fees, a 10% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount. and give you a partial refund or another product you like(charge or refund balance money for the different items).
6. In case the products arrive with damages, wrong delivery or mismatched models, exchange or refund is 100% guaranteed. However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action (by customer herself/himself), and exchange or refund would be rejected.
7. If the product is returned due to the reason that customer didn't sign for it, further refund request will be deducted shipping fees.In other words,partial refund will be granted for the situation above. Also, re-shipping will charge customer shipping fee.
